To handle the humongous the media data in automotive infotainment industry, the need for AVB (Audio Video Bridging) over Ethernet is evident. AVB takes care of streaming, managing and maintaining the QoS of the media traffic. Configuring and utilizing the software stack for all media related use case in automotive domain so that data from source to sink are intact.
1) Analyze customer requirements or specification proposal
2) Software design and implementation for customer specification
3) Implementation or configuration of stack to meet the functional requirements
4) Analyze timing requirements against the stack
5) Start-up optimization of the stack
6) Validating the AVB software stack against AVB guidelines
7) Follow company development and quality processes like SAFe Agile, ASPICE
1) Hand-on experience in Programming Languages (Proficient in C++; Knowledge in C - preferable).
2) Experience and deep understanding of TCP/IP protocol/stack functional behavior.
3) Experience Multi-threading and synchronization techniques.
4) Experience in Automotive Ethernet domain and Ethernet protocol like IEEE 802.3u, IEEE 802.3ab.
5) Experience in configuring and validating the AVB stack.
6) Knowledge in AVB protocols;
7) Knowledge in audio architecture like ALSA and its configuration
8) Experience in Network tools/utilities usage like tcpdump, wireshark
9) Experience in operating systems, like QNX and Linux.
10) Experienced in Design/Architecture Tools like EA
11) Strong technical skills preferably in automotive domain
12) Know-how and understanding of SAFe/Agile Development
13) Logical, Analytical and Debugging/Problem-Solving skills (in TCP/IP communication)
